The site itself was fine, but a couple of things I actually wanted were out of stock. Kind of frustrating. I ended up finding something else, but I still had to check back later. Not terrible or anything. Just a bit annoying.

I did end up getting my refund, so I’m not saying they never handled it, but it took longer than I expected and the replies were slow. I had to follow up more than once, which shouldn’t have been necessary. It got sorted in the end, but the whole process was frustrating...

Got the package in the end, but arrived later than I was expecting. Delivery was okay overall, just a bit slow

I emailed them twice about my order and didn’t hear anything back for days, then tried the contact form too and still got nothing. It was frustrating, like nobody was checking messages. I will say I don’t want to be too harsh because delays happen, and maybe they’re just swamped, but at the same time it’s not great when you’re waiting on an order and can’t get a simple reply.

It seems well made, but it’s a little too bulky and heavy for me to comfortably carry around. I was hoping it would be easier to travel with, so it may be better suited for home use or shorter trips

The gear looked good in the pictures, but once it showed up, it felt sooo much cheaper than I expected. The stitching was uneven, and one of the straps started fraying after just a couple uses. For the price, I thought it would be better quality. I wouldn’t order from tacticagear.com again.

I had frustrating time trying to return my order from tacticagear.com. The instructions weren’t really clear, and I felt like I had to keep reaching out just to get a answer. It took way longer than it should have, and the whole thing ended up being way more annoying than I expected. if returns are going to be this much of hassle, I probably won’t order from them again

I bought this thinking it would hold up better in the rain, but my gear got damp quickly. The zippers didn’t seem to seal all that well, either, which was disappointing. It might be fine for dry days, but, for what I needed, it just didn’t really work out

I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my shipping info, which got old fast lol.
Then on the final step, the total suddenly changed and I couldn’t figure out why. I went back to double-check things, and somehow my cart ended up empty. Super frustrating.
The products might be great, but I never even got that far. I’m not trying to battle a website just to buy some gear lol.

I tried to exchange for a different size it was such a headache. The replies were slow, and I had to keep following up just to figure out what was happening. It made the whole thing feel way more complicated than it needed to be. I also got the impression they’re quick to take your money, but not nearly as quick to help once there’s an issue. Definitely not worth the hassle for me.

I ordered this last week and was let down when it arrived a few days later. The box was super thin with hardly any padding, and one side was completely crushed. When I opened it, the item inside looked like it had been knocked around the whole time it was in transit. For the price, I expected it to be packaged a lot better. Not a great experience.

I don’t know, the photos just looked kind of fake to me. Like, maybe it’s the lighting or editing, but they came across cheap, and then I started wondering what the actual product would look like in person. Anyway, it just didn’t give me much confidence, so I decided not to buy from here.

Overall, my experience was disappointing. The service and quality just didn’t meet my expectations, it left me feeling like I wouldn’t order from here again. It’s unfortunate, but this wasn’t a great experience for me.

The site definitely has a cool tactical vibe, but actually using it was frustrating. The filters and menus didn’t feel very smooth either, and that part was weird because shopping should be the easy part. I ended up giving up quickly.

I was checking out tacticagear.com, it just didn’t give me a great feeling. The site seemed kind of random, and I couldn’t find much clear info about who’s actually behind it.

Maybe it’s totally fine, but I didn’t want to take a chance with my card or sit around wondering what would happen if there was an issue. I ended up not ordering, so for me it’s about a 1-star experience just based on trust...

My order showed up without any issues, so that part was fine. The gear itself was just okay though, nothing terrible, but not as solid as I expected. It kind of made me question whether I’d trust ordering from them again, especially if I needed something more reliable

I had a problem with my Tactica Gear item and tried to go through the warranty, but it was kind of a mess. It took forever to get a reply, and when they finally hit me back, it felt super copy-paste, like nobody was actually reading what I wrote.

They kept asking for the same stuff more than once too, like photos, order number, all that jazz. I sent everything over, then it was just crickets again. Annoying, not gonna lie.

At this point I still don’t have a clear answer, fix, or replacement. The product might be cool for other people, but my experience with the warranty support was rough.

My first impression was positive, the gear felt decent when I put it on and I thought it was going to be comfortable. After wearing it for a few hours though, it started to feel a bit stiff. It’s not bad by any means, but I was hoping it would stay more comfortable over time.

I got my order from tacticagear.com, but it wasn’t totally right. One item came in the wrong size, and another wasn’t the one I actually picked. Not a complete disaster or anything, lol, but still annoying. They should probably double-check orders a little better before shipping them out.
